Thank you for sharing this perfect truth. God’s timing for this message, sent by you, has it’s perfect place. Resting in trusting in this process. Blessed to be a child of God.

Wow! It’s awesome to know that you are hanging over the leadership of Saddleback Community Church to a new Pastor. I pray that God will lead the church to the man after his heart to lead the church to the promised land in Jesus name.

  3. Thank you

I have been blessed by your tapes, books, sermons, and writings; almost every sermon I preach in our church here in Africa Sierra Leone, I tried to tap from your wisdom. To be honest these five steps to making the best decision have been an added blessing to my life, family and ministry; thank you so much!!! My family and ministry will be praying with you in this task for another steward/pastor the will be your guide and leader. God blessing you!!

  5. I am at the crossroads in my ministerial journey and this article has supplied what I most needed now. Thank you Rick Warren. I believe God will give Saddleback Church the right person to transit in the next phase.

  6. Thank you so much for getting in touch with me. I have been praying for Rick Warren to have the right person. In His Word on Psalms 119:105 says “Your Word is a lamp to guide our feet and a light to guide our path.” And He will guide us all. You are not alone!

All the Christians from Saddleback are praying for God to show you, Rick. We know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose for them.
I am considering to change the Church myself, here in Brazil. I wish we had a Saddleback nearby. So pray for me as well.

    God bless us all.
