  1. ‘losers focus on their rights while leaders focus on their responsibilities.’ got me. I feel like a loser right now but thank for using you to remind me to stay focused. Thank you very much.

  2. This is a great post. To God be the glory and praise for all. Amen

  3. We were just talking about this in one of my teams this week. Because I came from a family that did not know God, I had to pray and ask God daily to fear him. Proverbs says that is the beginning of wisdom. I think sometimes think we overlook prayer and just submitting our hearts in childlike faith to help us serve the people he is calling us too. Thanks for the reminder. I read each of your blogs and share them with my teams. Bec:)

  4. So true Rick. Thanks for challenging us to keep our integrity as a first priority. One of the things that I consistently look to is Psalm 78:72. It is one of the most challenging verses for me in leadership. It says, “So he (David) shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, and guided them with his skillful hands.”
Leadership takes both skill and INTEGRITY.
