Thank you Kay and Rick. I will join in for the National Prayer Day on September 10th.

  4. I don’t see anxiety and depression as a mental illness. Its like a cancer but people can get cured or eventually die from the illness. Anxiety and depression is something you have to live with. Medications help and the counseling but its never around my beliefs in Christ. It is probably the hardest things to have to live with it. Trust is huge. I work with God little by little, at my pace, because He knows I need patience and understanding. Some days its tougher then most….it takes a lot of work and effort to be able to get through the day. But I’m hopeful and if I know He’s with me I feel safe. So much to deal with daily but I’m in His hands.

  5. It is God’ willingness to usher you to pray for mental illness which is now causing serious concern starting from youngsters to 40+
