These are the words I have been searching for so many years now. I am a music minister and I have been trying and praying to God to help me focus my ministry. Thank you for these words sir. You just blessed my ministry.

  2. Looking forward to attending the 2019 PD conference this year again. Thanks Rick! Growing people for God isn’t easy! As an ex-con, I’ve learned how to do it effectively from the on-going training I receive from your ministry. We had a better year, saw some growth with those God has blessed us with. Financially it has been tough, but I believe that as we grow healthy people we will have the finance we need to get through our first launch season year. God bless hope I can shake you hand this year.

    So blessing

  4. Great thoughts and if not careful, a minister especially one who is becoming old in the ministry should accept the fact that he is not getting any younger. The things he was doing then with all energy can’t be done the same way presently. Many ministers failed to finish well because of this.

  5. I am so blessed with the knowledge i have gathered from that teaching on how to be focused in ministry. I RECEIVE GRACE TO PUT IT IN PRACTICE.THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR.JESUS IS LORD

  6. Praising God for this TRUTH! Thanks for shedding much light on this principle of being Focused on priorities and giving importance for Discipleship or delegation. Its indeed a good management principle too! GOD bless …
