I didn't find it on pcom. I'm a devout Obama watcher because I think he has some of the best writers in the world working for him - and they tailor-make him for specific audiences. (When Obama is off script, he can't even finish a complete sentence. In reality, he's a TERRIBLE extemporaneous speaker. You saw some of that in the Civil Forum when he blabbered around questions without ever answering them.) Anyhow, he was different when he spoke in Germany than when he spoke here. I'm sure transcripts of some of it are available on the web.
On another note, I don't fault him for having a brother living in poverty in another country. That isn't his fault.
His father apparently "seeded" the family all over the place, and chances are Obama has no idea who all he's actually related to!
The kids are not responsible for the sins of the parents - nor are they obligated to siblings when they don't know about them and have no idea who/where they are. And I'm not sure they have any serious obligation even after they do learn about them - especially when they are thousands of miles away.
