Allen White is a pastor, consultant, teacher, writer and speaker. He currently serves as the Senior Program Director and Small Group Strategist at Lifetogether.com with Brett Eastman. He is also on the board of Water of Life, an evangelistic water mission based in Greer, SC and is South Carolina State Point Person for the Small Group Network.
In over 20 years of ministry, Allen has served at two churches: a Top 100 Largest Church for four years and for 15 years as Associate Pastor at New Life Christian Center, Turlock, CA, where he saw 125% of the adult congregation connected in small groups.
Several years ago a small group pastor joined our coaching program. He had gone from having no small groups in his church to actually launching 233 groups for a 40 day church-wide campaign. At the end of the campaign, when it was all said and done, he ended up with three groups. What a heartbreak!
