  1. Deborah I think your final paragraph is where the gold is. Asking the audience to tell you is the best way know if you’re being effective.

    I also would add there that the more you can form a relationship and know the story of your volunteers, the more they will want to support you and that means being on time, being prepared, etc.

    Thanks for sharing! All the key points nicely put! So often non profits struggle with retaining and actively engaging volunteers largely due to communication gaps….
