How is “sustained success” defined? What does it look like? How do we determine what success is?

As an Australian, it took me a few moments to realize the “Cardinals” were a team, not Catholic or Anglican clergy. ;-)

It is not for the church to react by a list of things successful churches do. It is the Holy Spirit which shows the need, the direction, the people who need to be raised up, and the mission for the church. I say successful churches pray, then they pray, then they pray more, then they listen and feel the burden of the Lord. It will follow by repentance and then a change in course. A list puts success in a box; a box which the Holy Spirit is left out. This is the true leadership culture and may not be followed by large church growth only large church service.
